Delivery Time

Some orders are shipped direct from the manufacturer and may be delayed in their shipping process. Custom products or specialty items that are made to order may also require additional lead time for delivery depending on the manufacturer's production schedule and location.

Warranty Policy
Two Lane Gear guarantees the workmanship of the products sold for a period of 30 days from date of receipt. If you have received a defective product, please review the manufacturer information included with your new product. Should your product fail after 30 days, please contact us and we will assist you in submitting a claim to the manufacturer.
Return Policy
Two Lane Gear gladly accepts returns on all new merchandise.
Note that all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please try to include all original packaging, manuals, and ancillary materials in order to avoid being penalized.
Reimbursement eligibility for returns is as follows:
Within 30 days of invoice date: full refund, less any restocking fees
After 30 days of invoice date: store credit only, less any restocking fees
After 90 days of invoice date: no refunds or returns after 90 days
Refunds will be given on parts only and excludes labor or installation charges, shipping, or any other charges. All parts must be returned in the original package, cannot be damaged or installed, and must be in original condition. All returned parts must be sent freight prepaid and are subject to a re-boxing fee.
Certain parts are not returnable, including but not limited to wheels and tires that have been mounted and/or installed, electrical items, and closeouts.If for any reason an order is cancelled there will be a 15% cancellation fee

Return Procedure
For all returns, contact us at contact@twolanegear.com Provide a specific reason for your return, and request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.
When packaging your parts for shipping, write the RGA number on the outside packaging in large, easily visible letters, and include a copy of the original invoice in the package.
We strongly recommend packing any parts with fragile components with sufficient padding. Note that we are not responsible for products being returned to us that are damaged mid-shipment.
